Screen printing is a printing process done by pressing ink using a press on a mesh screen, which is then deposited onto a fabric or other base. At BCG, the screen printing department focuses mainly on textiles, including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, aprons, etc. We use Actisol ink which, after pressing, is dried on a conveyor belt. Screen printing prices are very advantageous for large quantity orders.
The price of screen printing depends on the number of items, the number of colours in the design, and varies whether the screen printing is for a white or dark article of clothing (dark clothes require a white base, thus adding a colour to the total price). The quantity always makes a difference. Since you have to pay for the film and screen for each colour, the costs can quickly add up in small quantities. For small quantities, check out DTG printing.
